Your dining experience at Midland Country Club may offer you a variety of selections but two things you are guaranteed – excellent cuisine and first-rate service. Our culinary team prides itself on high-quality cuisine and works hard to be innovated in the kitchen and with the presentation of your entree. In addition, our dining menus stay current to the season, so you can expect high-quality meat, vegetables, and other items that are a highlight of the current season.

MCC offers five different dining areas.  Fine dining experiences are welcomed in the Wildfire Grille where more casual dining experiences are welcome in the Bar, Downstairs Lounge, and Patio during the summer months.

Families with younger children are welcome to dine in Hearthside.  All dining areas serve the same menu, so your meal will be served with the highest quality of ingredients and service no matter where you are seated.  MCC also offers takeout service and online ordering for those busy nights.  Orders may be picked up in the Clubhouse, or an MCC staff member can bring it to your car.

With a general focus on health, our culinary team takes great caution for those who require allergen-free cuisine.  Allergens are listed on all of our menus for gluten-free items and vegetarian and lactose-free.  For those requiring a meal with specific dietary restrictions, a culinary team member is always available to assist when selecting a meal to meet your restrictions.
